Meet Alex

Welcome! I'm Alex, a passionate massage therapist, wellness coach, and Reiki master teacher dedicated to helping others achieve holistic well-being and inner peace.

With a deep commitment to stress reduction and personal transformation, I work closely with my clients to provide a unique blend of therapeutic techniques that nurture both the body and the mind. Through the power of touch, I strive to create a profound level of connection between my clients and their bodies, enabling them to release tension, alleviate pain, and restore balance.

As a Reiki master teacher, I harness the universal life energy to promote healing and relaxation, facilitating a sense of harmony within the body's energy centers. **About Dani:** With a heart dedicated to helping others, Danielle embodies the spirit of giving back. Her journey into alternative holistic healing is not just a career choice; it’s a calling that resonates deeply within her.

**Background:** Danielle holds a strong foundation in Early Childhood Development, Human Relations, Special Education, and Behavior Analysis. She has also received specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care.

**Holistic Expertise:** Danielle's passion for holistic healing shines through her qualifications in Holistic Massage. Her diverse training includes apprenticeships in Shamanism with Dory Cote, as well as experiences with Turtle Island Herbs and Maine Organic Farms.

**Crystal Stardust Healing:** Inspired by love and gratitude for her parents, Fred Crystal and Naomi Star Night, and her second dad, Eskil Enquist, Danielle created Crystal Stardust Healing to honor their legacy.

She is passionate about helping clients alleviate chronic pain, tension, and stress through an intuitive approach that combines expert deep tissue techniques with a deep understanding of each individual's needs.

Brittany is dedicated to promoting overall wellness, mental health, and natural pain management. She believes in the importance of self-care and strives to help clients reconnect with their bodies to achieve balance and vitality. Whether addressing specific areas of concern or providing comprehensive therapeutic sessions, Brittany is committed to supporting her clients' journey toward improved health and well-being.

Taylor

With a rich background in healthcare, Taylor has dedicated most of her adult life to helping others. She shares, “I worked a majority of my adult life in the healthcare field. Although I received great reward from helping people, I felt I was called to serve in other ways. Coming from a family line of Reiki Practitioners, I decided to follow the path of holistic healing. I chose massage therapy to not only bring light into my own life, but into others as well.”

Taylor is skilled in deep tissue, Swedish, and energy work, and she is a proud graduate of Spa Tech in Westbrook. Her passion for wellness and healing aligns perfectly with our mission at Bodywork By Alex, LLC.
